Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee a small team of production workers and loading operators. This hands-on role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production operations while meeting daily shift targets.

Key Requirements:

• Current Forklift Licence (required)
• Overhead Crane experience (desirable)
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience
• Manufacturing or production background
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support production team members
• Coordinate daily production, loading, and distribution activities
• Maintain safety and quality standards
• Conduct pre-start safety briefings
• Liaise with supervisors and report operational issues
