Join the Founding Team at a new Sparrow Early Learning Service in Bunyip

A brand-new chapter is about to begin at Sparrow Early Learning Hope Street, and we’re looking for expressions of interest from passionate Early Childhood professionals to help bring our vision to life.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a founding team, creating a positive culture, building meaningful relationships, and helping shape an exceptional learning environment from day one.

We are currently seeking Expressions of Interest for a range of positions, including:

• Assistant Educators
• Lead Educators
• Educational Leaders

Qualifications & Experience

Requirements will vary depending on the position; however, successful applicants will ideally have:

• Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (relevant to the role)
• Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, and play-based learning approaches
• Current Working with Children Check
• Mandatory National Child Safety Training
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience with Storypark (desirable)
