Property Manager - Bunbury

Our client is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their established real estate team based in Bunbury. With a strong presence across Bunbury and the wider South West region of Western Australia, they are known for their local knowledge, professionalism and commitment to providing excellent service to their clients.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Property Manager looking to join a supportive team with a manageable portfolio, dedicated administrative support and a company vehicle.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing a portfolio of 190 properties
• Preparing and completing leases, renewals and variations
• Conducting property viewings
• Processing rental applications
• Providing professional and responsive service to landlords and tenants
• Managing the day-to-day requirements of the property portfolio

What you’ll need:

• Minimum 2 years’ Property Management experience
• Current WA Sales or Property Management Registration
• Current WA Drivers Licence
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage a property portfolio efficiently
• Professional approach to dealing with landlords, tenants and contractors
