The Role
This Senior Bookkeeper position will take ownership of key transactional finance processes. Duties include but not limited to:

Accounts Receivable: cash receipting and allocation, collections and follow-up of outstanding accounts

Month-end AR tasks including reconciliations and issuing statements

Accounts Payable processing including PO invoices and matching (including stock received)

End to end Payroll processing for roughly 20 staff

Managing a high-volume shared inbox workflow (100+ emails/week)

Weekly maintenance activities such as updating currency rates

Month-end reporting
Your Background
The ideal background for this position would include the following key experiences;

Experience in a Bookkeeper or Company Accountant role previously

Experience working in an SME
-
Pronto experience will be highly regarded
-
Strong attention to detail
-
Good communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
