Programmed is seeking reliable and motivated Process Workers to join a reputable manufacturing operation. This hands-on role plays a key part in the production and packaging process, ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate production and packaging machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
- Monitor production lines and maintain quality standards.
- Conduct routine quality checks and report any issues.
- Package finished products to customer and site specifications.
- Meet daily production and performance targets.
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
- Assist with general production and manufacturing duties as required.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a production, process work, manufacturing, or warehouse environment.
- Experience operating production or packaging machinery is highly regarded.
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Physically fit and capable of performing repetitive manual handling tasks.
- Ability to lift and move cartons throughout the shift.
- Current Driver's Licence (essential).
