We're looking for a rare combination: a brilliant Property Manager, a natural business developer and someone with the drive, personality and know-how to turn a growing rent roll into a thriving department.
Starting with just 30–45 properties, this is a genuine opportunity to put your stamp on a business, with the autonomy, flexibility and backing to make it happen.
THE OPPORTUNITY
You'll take ownership of a newly established PM division, building the systems, processes and relationships that will support its growth.
Your role will involve:
- Establishing systems, processes and workflows
- Managing the portfolio end-to-end as it grows
- Driving new business and building landlord relationships
- Onboarding managements and working closely with the directors
- Creating a department built around exceptional service, not unnecessary red tape
THE PERSON WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We need a bit of a unicorn. And we know it.
Someone who can balance the detail of property management with the bigger picture of building a business.
You'll bring:
- Strong Senior Property Management experience
- Confidence in business development and winning new managements
- The ability to establish systems and work autonomously
- Excellent communication and genuine relationship-building skills
- Commercial thinking, initiative and a hands-on attitude
- A great personality, positive energy and a sense of humour
