Your day-to-day will include:
- Managing a tidy and systemized portfolio of 120 residential properties, with the support of a dedicated Assistant
- Handling all aspects of property management: maintenance, lease renewals, rent reviews, and more
- Conducting entry and exit condition reports where required
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, and trades to ensure seamless tenancy operations
- Using PropertyMe and Inspection Express in a streamlined, tech-savvy environment
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a minimum of 4 years' experience in property management
- Is confident working autonomously
- Holds a current Certificate of Registration (essential)
- Has a valid driver’s license
- Brings strong communication and client relationship skills
- Has excellent organisational skills and sharp attention to details
