About the role:
- Lead and manage the Employment Law practice within the firm
- Provide expert legal advice and representation on complex employment law matters
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Mentor and supervise junior lawyers and staff
- Contribute to business development and marketing initiatives to grow the practice
The ideal candidate:
- Special Counsel/Partner level (8 + PQE).
- Education: Relevant Australian Legal Qualification/Admission.
- Experience in all areas of employment law, coming from a recognised team/firm.
- Genuine drive to learn, develop and succeed in the Employment space with demonstrated leadership skills.
