About the role:
- Running your own carriage of matters, with the appropriate supervision and support.
- Working on personal injury claims with a focus on professional indemnity matters, such as policy coverage, property policies and indemnity disputes.
- Drafting court documents, preparing briefs, as well as attend Courts and conferences with witnesses & third parties.
The ideal candidate:
- Senior Lawyer with 4+ PQE in the Insurance space.
- A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university, underpinned by strong academic records.
- Proven experience in professional indemnity.
- Ability & willingness to mentor and supervise junior lawyers.
