Banking & Finance Senior Associate

About the role:

• Broad financing transactions including but not limited to: secured and unsecured, (syndicated, club and bilateral facilities), debt and equity transactions, syndicated financing, development, non-bank lending and private equity, which are both cross-border and domestic.
• Act for financiers, borrowers, sponsors, corporates, private capital, government agencies and sovereign wealth funds.
• Engage in business development alongside your supervising Partner, as well as mentoring Associates.

The ideal candidate:

• Experienced Senior Associate (5/6+ PQE) with proven banking and finance experience from either private practice or in-house.  Real estate finance experience is highly regarded.
• Relevant legal qualification/admission with strong academic results;
• Strong communication, drafting, relationship-building and critical thinking skills;
• The ability and resilience to thrive in fast paced dynamic work environment.
