About the role:
- Collaborate with partners and senior lawyers on sophisticated real estate matters.
- Work on significant transactions, including drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, and agreements for lease, and conducting due diligence.
- Be part of settlements, negotiations, and court proceedings, driving results for premium clients.
The ideal candidate:
- An experienced real estate lawyer with 3–6 years’ PQE from a reputable firm.
- You hold a law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university, with strong academic results.
- Commercially savvy, delivering client-focused solutions with a strategic mindset.
- A strong communicator, adept at time management and problem-solving.
- A team player who collaborates effectively and is confident working autonomously under supervision.
