About the role:
- Work closely with a diverse range of high-profile clients.
- Navigate intricacies of employment relationships and utilise your legal knowledge and provide strategic counsel.
- Be involved in all facets of employment, which will encompass discrimination, workplace policies, redundancies, anti-discrimination, workplace investigations, contracts & agreements, harassment & bullying and dispute resolution, etc.
- Stay up to date with changes to laws and regulations relating to employment.
The ideal candidate:
- Lawyer with at least 4+ years PQE, with a commercial & client focused outlook.
- A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university, underpinned by strong academic records.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent time management skills, able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
