As our Accounts Receivable Officer, you'll join Levande's Finance team, supporting accurate receivables processes and delivering a high level of service across one of Australia's leading retirement living providers.

What you'll be working on

Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Team Leader, you'll support the management of customer accounts and receivables processes, including:

  • Processing invoices, receipts and account allocations
  • Managing reconciliations and investigating discrepancies
  • Supporting collections activities and responding to enquiries
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting
  • Assisting with month-end activities and process improvements
  • Building strong relationships across Finance and the wider business

What type of person will be successful

You'll enjoy a role where attention to detail, organisation and customer service are equally important.

We're looking for someone with:

Experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Officer, Credit Officer or similar role

  • Understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • Experience with accounting systems and Microsoft Office

Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 or improving processes will be highly regarded.
