As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the branch. You will provide professional service and support while assisting with a range of day-to-day banking transactions and enquiries.
Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering high-quality face-to-face customer service
• Processing financial transactions and cash handling activities
• Assisting customers with account enquiries and banking services
• Supporting branch operations as required
• Building positive relationships with customers and colleagues
• Maintaining compliance with organisational policies and procedures

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

• Previous customer service experience in a retail, hospitality, banking or service-based environment
• Strong cash-handling experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, team-focused approach
• Flexibility and reliability to work across multiple branch locations when required
• A willingness to work on an on-call casual basis with no guaranteed minimum hours
• Successful applicants will be required to complete a background screening and provide two professional references
