Your Day-to-Day Impact

No two days are the same. You will play a vital role in blending advanced protection with elite customer service:

• Control Room: Monitor complex CCTV networks, manage access points, track site policies, and dispatch teams swiftly.
• On the Floor: Conduct high-visibility patrols (internal and external) to ensure a safe shopping environment.
• Incident Management: Coordinate responses to alarms, medical situations, and emergency evacuations calmly and professionally.
• Stakeholder Relations: Liaise professionally with Centre Management, luxury retailers, contractors, and emergency services.
• Administration: Keep sharp observation logs and complete accurate, timely incident reports.

What You Bring to the Team

• A current NSW Security Licence.
• An up-to-date First Aid and CPR Certificate.
• Prior experience in a control room or premium retail security environment is highly regarded.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.

• An immaculate professional presentation with a customer-centric attitude.
• Reliability, punctuality, and the flexibility to work rotating rosters (including weekends).
