Your New RoleAs the Senior Engineer - Flooding & Stormwater, you will lead and deliver stormwater infrastructure planning projects, contribute to floodplain management initiatives and support the development of long-term capital works programs. You will provide expert technical advice on hydrology, hydraulics and stormwater management, manage consultants, undertake investigations and engage with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
What You'll Need to Succeed

• Degree qualification in Civil, Environmental, Water Engineering or a related discipline.
• RPEQ registration, or the ability to obtain registration within 12 months.
• Strong experience in stormwater modelling, design and infrastructure planning.
• Sound knowledge of floodplain management, stormwater standards and relevant Queensland guidelines.
• Experience managing projects, consultants and technical reports.
• Proficiency with stormwater and flood modelling software and GIS platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Current C Class driver's licence.
