About the role
This is a full-time Service Advisor role with Ballina Toyota. As a Service Advisor, you will be the crucial link between our customers and our highly skilled technicians, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all who visit our dealership.
What you'll be doing
- Greeting and assisting customers, and understanding their vehicle service needs
- Preparing comprehensive repair estimates and service recommendations
- Scheduling and coordinating vehicle service, repairs and maintenance
- Providing regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicles
- Ensuring a superior level of customer satisfaction throughout the service process
- Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all service work
- Proactively identifying opportunities to generate additional service revenue
- Supporting the Parts and Sales teams as needed
What we're looking for
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in using automotive service management software (desirable)
- A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for providing exceptional service
