Are you an experienced Bookkeeper with strong MYOB AccountRight skills looking for a flexible temporary opportunity? Our client, a well-established business based in Mount Waverley, is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support the finance team during a major ERP transition project.
This role will play a key part in maintaining day-to-day finance operations while assisting with the migration from MYOB AccountRight to Microsoft Dynamics 365.Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end Accounts Payable processing
- Accounts Receivable and debtor management
- Daily and monthly bank reconciliations
- Maintaining accurate financial records within MYOB AccountRight
- Data cleansing and validation to support the transition to Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Assisting with financial data migration and system implementation activities
- Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc bookkeeping duties
About You
- Minimum 2+ years' experience using MYOB AccountRight
- Previous experience in a Bookkeeper or Accounts Officer position
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and bank reconciliations
- High attention to detail and strong data accuracy skills
- Confident working independently in a hands-on finance environment
- Experience supporting system migrations or ERP implementations will be highly regarded
