  • Care Connect are seeking motivated individuals to provide in home care to our Out of Hospital Care and Aged Care clients in Hornsby, Pennant Hills, Ku-ring-gai, Pymble and surrounding areas.

    Responsibilities of the Homecare Support Worker:

    • Personal grooming and hygiene assistance including medication reminders
    • Domestic duties including cleaning and laundry
    • Food shopping, menu planning and meal preparation
    • Mobility assistance within the home/local community
    • Must possess strong care factor to prioritise client well-being

    Requirements of the role:

    • Right to Workin Australia
    • Driver's licence and own reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
    • Police Check
    • Working with Children Check
    • First Aid and CPR certificate
    • Minimum of 3 COVID-19 vaccinations
    • Certificate III (Aged Care/Individual Support OR Home and Community Care), OR Bach/Dip of Nursing (OR completed first-year study towards it)
    • Minimum 3 months ofpaid experienceworking within the aged care or community care sector
    • A fantastic attitude and genuine interest in helping others
