Home Care Worker - Hornsby
- Provide in-home care to clients in Hornsby and surrounding areas.
- Assist with personal grooming, domestic duties, and mobility.

Care Connect are seeking motivated individuals to provide in home care to our Out of Hospital Care and Aged Care clients in Hornsby, Pennant Hills, Ku-ring-gai, Pymble and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities of the Homecare Support Worker:
- Personal grooming and hygiene assistance including medication reminders
- Domestic duties including cleaning and laundry
- Food shopping, menu planning and meal preparation
- Mobility assistance within the home/local community
- Must possess strong care factor to prioritise client well-being
Requirements of the role:
- Right to Workin Australia
- Driver's licence and own reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Police Check
- Working with Children Check
- First Aid and CPR certificate
- Minimum of 3 COVID-19 vaccinations
- Certificate III (Aged Care/Individual Support OR Home and Community Care), OR Bach/Dip of Nursing (OR completed first-year study towards it)
- Minimum 3 months ofpaid experienceworking within the aged care or community care sector
- A fantastic attitude and genuine interest in helping others
