If you're passionate about travel, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy bringing complex group itineraries to life, this is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering exceptional travel experiences.

Working with trusted tourism partners, you'll coordinate every stage of a group's journey—from planning and pricing through to on-the-ground support—ensuring a seamless and memorable experience from start to finish.

THE ROLE

• Design and cost customised group itineraries
• Coordinate bookings and arrangements with hotels, transport providers, airlines, rail operators, and other tourism suppliers
• Manage group operations and provide support while clients are travelling
• Proactively resolve operational issues and find solutions when challenges arise
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and industry partners
• Deliver outstanding service and attention to detail at every stage of the customer journey

THE MUST HAVES

You'll be a highly organised and motivated tourism professional who enjoys taking ownership of your work and delivering exceptional experiences.

• Experience in the tourism industry, ideally within group travel operations
• Strong domestic destination product knowledge
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A genuine commitment to customer service excellence
• French language skills highly desirable
• Hybrid opportunities available also
