About the role:
- Act in complex superior court litigation across commercial, construction and energy and resources sectors.
- Also be involved in alternative dispute resolution including arbitration and mediation
- Additional exposure to judicial review / administrative law proceedings
The ideal candidates:
- 3–6 years’ PQE in litigation involving superior courts (commercial, construction or energy dispute experience desired)
- Strong academic transcript and experience in a well-regarded firm or practice
- Excellent technical skills in drafting and negotiation with exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on quality.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and work in a collaborative team.
