About the role:

• Advise on front-end construction, energy and infrastructure projects across Australia.
• Draft and negotiate EPC, D&C, consultancy and O&M agreements.
• Provide strategic advice on procurement, project delivery and risk management.
• Collaborate with senior lawyers and cross-practice teams nationally.
• Mentor junior lawyers and take ownership of client relationships.

The ideal candidate:

• 4+ years’ PQE in front-end construction, infrastructure or contract-based law.
• Strong academic record and top-tier or international firm experience preferred.
• Proven experience drafting and negotiating complex project documentation.
• Background in a top or leading mid-tier firm highly regarded.
• Strong technical, commercial and client relationship skills.
• Team-oriented with initiative, drive and a passion for project work.
