Are you a hands-on retail leader who loves developing teams, driving sales and delivering great customer experiences?

We're looking for a Store Manager to lead a stylish plus-size women's fashion store, with a focus on team performance, commercial results and inclusive customer service.

THE ROLE

• Lead, coach and develop the store team
• Drive sales, KPIs and overall store performance
• Deliver an inclusive, personalised customer experience
• Manage rostering, stock, merchandising and daily operations
• Maintain high visual and brand standards
• Lead from the front in a fast-paced retail environment

ABOUT YOU

• Fashion retail management experience preferred, but open to management experience across other retail or customer-focused environments
• A great mix of maturity, confidence and youthful energy, with the presence to lead a team and connect with customers
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of sales and KPIs
• A hands-on leadership style with the ability to coach, motivate and drive results
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating a welcoming customer experience
