Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach and develop a multidisciplinary team across Home Care and Respite services
• Create a positive, high-performing culture focused on collaboration, accountability and service excellence
• Oversee operational performance, workforce planning and resource management to deliver sustainable outcomes
• Build strong relationships with customers, families, community partners and key stakeholders
• Drive service improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience and team effectiveness
• Manage budgets, performance targets and service growth opportunities across the region
• Lead teams through change while maintaining a focus on quality, safety and customer outcomes

No Aged Care Experience? NO PROBLEM!

If you've successfully led teams, managed operations, built strong workplace cultures and delivered outcomes in a service-based environment, we want to hear from you.
