Property Network of Australia is seeking a Commercial Property Coordinator to join a prominent property investment and development group based in Brisbane CBD. Our client is a longstanding SE QLD owner/developer and we are seeking an individual with previous or current experience in commercial property management and facilities management experience.

This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of commercial assets, including lease administration, tenant and contractor liaison and a strong focus on maintenance/facilities coordination, contractor management, compliance oversight and reporting. The successful candidate will be practical, organised, and confident in stakeholder engagement, supporting ongoing improvement of property systems and processes.
 
Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage tenant relationships and respond to property-related issues
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, inspections, and contractor attendance
  • Support budgets, expenditure control, invoicing, and owner reporting
  • Ensure compliance with property, safety, insurance, and legislative requirements
  • Maintain accurate records across property management systems
  • Identify operational improvements and support efficient portfolio management

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in commercial property management and lease administration
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent organisational skills for managing multiple properties
  • Knowledge of property laws, compliance standards, and industry best practices
  • Proficiency in property management software (Asana, ReLeased preferred)
