Portfolio size will be appropriately allocated depending property management experience.
Day in the life:
- Manage a small portfolio of residential properties with existing strong landlord relationships.
- Liaising with tenants, landlords, and contractors regarding inspections, maintenance, and property updates. Conducting routine inspections as required.
- Assisting with maintenance coordination and compliance requirements
- Supporting rental arrears management, including arrears follow-ups and documentation.
- Providing administrative support, reporting, and portfolio coverage as required.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships.
What you will bring to the table:
- At least 12 months’ experience in Leasing, Property Management or even Administration within the Real Estate industry.
- A current QLD Sales Registration Certificate and a valid Driver's License.
- A genuine desire to build a career in Property Management.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude, ability to manage competing priorities.
