Seeking:
- Experienced QC Manager / Quality Control Manager from the Pharmaceutical or FMCG Industry
Location:
- South Eastern Suburbs (near Clayton)
Salary:

Experience level:
- 10+ years with solid analytical laboratory, supervisory, and department management experience
Education:
- Science Degree in Analytical Chemistry

- Able to build strong working relationships within key departments such as manufacturing, warehouse and purchasing.
- Highly organised, with great time management and planning ability.
- Strong commitment to honesty and leads by example.
- Enjoys problem solving, is thorough, methodical and has a high attention to details.
- A passion for chemistry and quality control.
Team Structure:
- QC Dayshift: Supervisor + 5
- QC Afternoon: Supervisor + 5
- QC Night Shift: Supervisor + 4
- Sampling: Leading Hand + 2
- Documentation: 1
- Microbiologists: 0
