Registered Nurse (Complex Care)
Location: Shepparton, VIC
Work Type: Casual / Ongoing Shifts/ Regular Shift Patterns
Pay Rate: $60-70/hour

This role offers monthly rosters based on your availability, along with a structured onboarding program, buddy shifts and paid training so you feel supported from day one - plus hands‑on clinical experience caring for a female client with a C2 Spinal Cord Injury with complex needs in a home setting for 2:1 care.

The Role: Registered Nurse
- Personal care
- Catheter care
- Medication administration
- Domestic assistance
- Bowel Care management
- Ventilation/Suctioning
- Full supervision of the client
- Work with Tracheostomy care and management
- Airway assistance and management
- Continuous clinical assessment of client
- Assist alongside the Support Worker with ADL's
- Personal care including skin integrity management and pressure area care
- Support the client with activities at home and out in the community
What You'll Bring
- Being flexible to do 24/7 Rotating Roster
- Previous Spinal Cord Injury experience
- Manual handling experience (essential)
- Tracheostomy/Ventilation (essential)
- Personal care experience
- AHPRA Registration
- Current accredited First aid and CPR
- NDIS Screening Clearance
- Manual handling certificate (or willing to obtain)
- Medication certificate (or willing to obtain)
- Right to live and work within Australia
- Valid Australian Driver's License
