THE ROLE
- Manage a small team dedicated to 1 portfolio!
- Property Officer to handle maintenance & tenants communication
- Leasing Officer to handle all Routines, Entry & Exits!
- Your own dedicated VA!
- No BDM required - dedicated team!
- Capped portfolios!

ON OFFER:
- $110,000 -$120,000 plus super base salary

ABOUT YOU:
- MIN 3 years as a Senior Property Manager - with full end to end experience
- Strong knowledge of legislation
- Exceptional organisation and time management
