As the Site Manager, you will take ownership of a large-scale lifestyle community comprising 500+ single-storey homes. You will oversee project delivery, manage key stakeholders, drive construction outcomes and lead site teams from commencement through to completion.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven Site Management experience
- Residential construction background essential
- Volume build experience highly regarded
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage programme, budget and project outcomes
