We’re currently recruiting passionate Early Childhood Educators to join our wonderful team at Sparkways Early Learning Showgrounds in Flemington.
Current Opportunities
Sparkways Early Learning Showgrounds – Flemington
- Full Time Diploma or Cert III Educator – Permanent
- Part Time Diploma or Cert III Educator – Permanent, Monday–Thursday (32 hours per week)
Both positions will be mainly based in our Under 3s room (1–2 years). Educators will also be required to work across different rooms as operationally required, providing flexibility and support across the centre.

Rates of Pay
$38.13 per hour (including retention loading)
About Sparkways Early Learning Showgrounds
Located in the historic Government Pavilion Building within the Showgrounds Village Precinct, our modern centre offers beautiful indoor and outdoor learning spaces for children from six weeks to school age.

- Certificate III or Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Experience working in Early Childhood settings
- Experience working with children aged 1–2 years is highly regarded
- Sound understanding of the NQF, NQS and EYLF
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, professional and proactive approach
- Genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
- Ability to work collaboratively and flexibly across different rooms as required
