This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performing and creative Marketing team on a 12-month parental leave contract, taking ownership of a diverse events program across investor roadshows, conferences, roundtables, webinars and sponsorships. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll have the autonomy to manage events end-to-end, bring new ideas to the table and work closely with stakeholders across the business.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced events professional looking to build their experience within investment management.

The Role

  • Manage events end-to-end, from initial planning through to delivery and post-event analysis.
  • Deliver in-person, virtual and hybrid events across a varied events calendar.
  • Manage venues, suppliers, budgets, contracts, AV and production.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Distribution, Legal and Compliance.
  • Bring creative ideas to event experiences and marketing activations.
  • Track engagement, event performance and insights to help shape future activity.
  • Support broader marketing initiatives across institutional and intermediary audiences.
  • Opportunity for interstate travel as part of the events calendar.

About You

  • 3–5 years' events experience, ideally within investments, asset management or financial services.
  • Strong end-to-end event management experience.
  • Confident managing multiple events, suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a busy, fast-paced environment.
  • Digitally savvy with experience across virtual event platforms and an interest in using AI and emerging tools.
  • An interest in investments and financial markets.
