We're looking for experienced Registry / Investor Services professionals who want to move beyond traditional registry and gain broader exposure within private markets.
The Role
You'll manage a portfolio of funds across:
- Investor onboarding and AML/KY
- Applications, redemptions, transfers and distributions
- Capital calls and other capital activity
- Investor and unit-holder registry maintenance
- FATCA/CRS and registry compliance
- Investor communications and queries
- Process improvement and automation
About You
You'll have 2+ years' experience in registry, investor services, unit registry or fund administration, with strong attention to detail and confidence dealing with clients and investors.
We're looking for someone who is proactive, personable, tech-minded and comfortable taking ownership. Experience can come from listed or unlisted funds. Strong transferable registry experience is what matters.
