The Role
The firm is seeking a Litigation Lawyer to support its busy litigation practice, working closely with a senior solicitor who brings over two decades of legal experience.
- The position offers exposure to a diverse range of disputes, including:
- Wills and estates litigation, particularly family provision claims
- Commercial litigation and dispute resolution
- Proceedings in the Supreme Court and District Court
- Assisting with the management and progression of active matters
About You
- At least 5 years’ post-admission experience
- Experience handling litigation matters
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organised, proactive and comfortable working in a collaborative team
- Commitment to delivering quality legal services and building client relationships
