Your new role

Lead services that make a real difference. As Manager, The Orange Door(TOD), Hume Meri-Bek and Wimmera you will oversee a portfolio of programs, driving service excellence, strong client outcomes, and operational performance. You'll provide leadership to a dedicated team, champion continuous improvement, and ensure services are delivered safely, effectively, and in line with organisational and regulatory requirements.

Your skills and experience

To be successful in your application you will meet the person specification in the position description, including having a Minimum Qualification Requirement in line with Victorian Government requirements, applicants must hold a relevant degree qualification in Social Work or a related family violence discipline (AQF Level 7 or above).

• Bachelor level qualifications in human/community services. (essential)

You will also have:

• Demonstrated experience managing and supervising multidisciplinary teams, with the ability to build and lead high-performing work units while effectively prioritising and delegating tasks.
• Extensive experience leading and managing comparable programs or service areas within a community or human services environment.
• Proven management experience overseeing teams, managing budgets, and preparing reports and briefings for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
