Your new role

As a Manager - Parenting & Families, you will play a pivotal leadership role, leading service delivery, developing high-performing teams, and championing continuous improvement. You will be responsible for operational performance, quality outcomes, and ensuring services are delivered in line with organisational and funding requirements

Your skills and experience

To be successful in your application you will meet the person specification in the position description, including having a

  • Bachelor level qualifications in relevant professional discipline.
  • Bachelor level qualification in Leadership, Management, or a related discipline (desirable).
  • Completion of a recognised leadership development program, such as McKinsey Ability to Execute (A2E) Lead Program. 

You will also have:

  • Demonstrated experience managing and supervising multidisciplinary teams, with the ability to build and lead high-performing work units while effectively prioritising and delegating tasks.
  • Extensive experience leading and managing comparable programs or service areas within a community or human services environment.
  • Proven management experience overseeing teams, managing budgets, and preparing reports and briefings for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
