About the Role

As our Lead Veterinarian, you'll combine hands-on clinical work with leadership responsibilities, helping shape the future of the clinic!

You'll:

  • Deliver exceptional patient care across a varied caseload

  • Perform consultations and routine surgeries=

  • Lead and inspire a passionate clinical team

  • Help improve clinic operations and patient outcomes

  • Build lasting relationships with clients and the local community

  • Champion high standards of veterinary medicine

About You

We're looking for someone who

  • Holds a BVSc (or equivalent) and is eligible for Queensland registration

  • Has 3+ years' experience in small animal practice

  • Is confident in both consulting and surgery

  • Has leadership experience or is ready to step into a Lead Veterinarian role

  • Is comfortable with sole charge 

  • Enjoys mentoring and supporting colleagues

  • Brings a positive, collaborative approach to team culture
