This role offers immediate responsibility over prominent commercial assets, supported by an Assistant Property Manager and dedicated Facilities Managers. Ideal for an experienced professional who can add value from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- End to end management of high profile CBD commercial assets
- Full financial oversight including accrual accounting, reporting, and reconciliations
- Review budgets, forecasts, and monthly financial performance
- Manage tenant relationships and stakeholder engagement
- Ensure accurate system management and reporting
Skills and Experience
- Senior level commercial property management experience
- Strong working knowledge of accrual accounting
- Yardi system experience highly desirable
- Ability to step into a portfolio with minimal handover
- Confident, commercially focused, and highly organised
