Our client is a well-established Brisbane CBD law firm looking for a motivated 2 year + PQE Commercial Property Lawyer to join its growing property team. You will work across a broad range of commercial property matters, acting for developers, investors, landlords and corporate clients. There is also opportunity to be involved in further commercial matters such as sale and purchases of businesses. This role has been created due to continued growth within the firm's commercial / property practice.

Duties
- Manage commercial property acquisitions and disposals
- Draft and negotiate retail and commercial leases
- Manage complex commercial conveyancing matters
- Prepare and review contracts and transaction documents
- Conduct due diligence for property transactions
- Advise on development and subdivision matters
- Negotiate with solicitors and key stakeholders throughout transactions
- Sale and Purchase of Businesses
The Candidate
- 2+ years' PQE in commercial / commercial property law
- Strong experience in commercial property transactions and leasing
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage matters independently
- Commercially minded with strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
