Job Description
The Role
We're seeking reliable Harvest Vineyard Farm Hands to support a large-scale viticulture operation in Euston, NSW. This hands-on role involves all facets of vineyard maintenance, machinery operation, and harvest support. You'll be part of a dedicated team working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment where long days and hot conditions are common during peak periods.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you'll contribute to the safe and efficient daily operations of the vineyard, supporting fruit quality and harvest outcomes.
- Operate vineyard machinery and equipment for daily tasks
- Assist with implementing, measuring, and recording irrigation
- Support repairs and maintenance of the irrigation system
- Carry out pruning, vine training, and canopy management
- Perform pest, disease, and weed management
- Conduct daily pre-start checks and maintain accurate equipment records
- Keep spray application and other operational documentation up to date
- Participate in toolbox meetings and maintain a strong safety culture
- Liaise with senior management and assist where required
- Operate tractors, chaser bins and harvesters as needed during harvest

Your Skills & Experience
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Ability to work outdoors for long periods in hot and extreme weather conditions
- Previous machinery operation experience
- Experience and knowledge of vineyard machinery
- Prior experience in a large-scale vineyard operation
- Chemical User Permit or willingness to obtain one
