About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Bookkeeper to join the finance team and work closely with the Financial Controller and CFO.
This is a hands-on role where you will take ownership of the day-to-day bookkeeping function while supporting the wider finance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day bookkeeping and financial transactions
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Bank and general ledger reconciliations
- Month-end support and reporting
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Supporting the Financial Controller and CFO with ad hoc finance requirements
About You
- Previous experience as a Senior Bookkeeper, Bookkeeper or Finance Officer
- Strong AP, AR, reconciliations and bookkeeping experience
- MYOB experience highly desirable, with other ERP systems also considered
- Property or construction experience advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proactive, reliable and able to take ownership
- Great personality and strong communication skills — someone who enjoys being part of a team
