C&H Recruitment are currently seeking an Assembler / Warehouse Worker to join our client's team in the Penrith area.
This is a great opportunity to secure long-term work with a well-established manufacturer. We're looking for reliable and hardworking individuals who enjoy hands-on work and can work well both independently and as part of a team.

About the Role

• Assembling lighting products and components
• Using hand and power tools
• Basic wiring and production duties
• Quality checking finished products
• Following work instructions and production schedules
• General warehouse and factory duties
• Maintaining a safe and clean work area

This role involves repetitive manual work and would suit someone who enjoys practical, hands-on tasks.

To Be Successful You Will Have:

• Previous assembly, warehouse, production, or manufacturing experience (preferred)
• Experience using hand and power tools
• A strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable transport and a current driver's licence
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Commitment to workplace safety
