The Opportunity
An excellent opportunity to work with a reputable boutique law firm in Melbourne. Undertaking sophisticated work in a collaborative environment that offers greater autonomy, stronger mentoring relationships and a more balanced culture than is typically found in larger firms. You will work with ASX Listed companies, medium to large privately owned companies and high net worth individuals.
You will work on a range of but not limited to,
- Mergers & acquistions;
- Shareholder, & partnership agreements;
- Joint ventures agreements;
- Corporate governance; and
- Business succession agreements.

- $180,000 - $250000 subject to your experience.
About you
The ideal candidate will have;
- At least 5 years of post admission experience within corporate & commercial law. Candidates with more experience are strongly encouraged to apply;
- Good time management skills; and
- Good verbal and written skills.
