    About the Role:

    Our client is seeking a passionate and motivated Speech Pathologist to join their supportive multidisciplinary team on a contractor basis. This is a flexible opportunity offering a combination of clinic and community-based work with a varied paediatric caseload.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Conduct speech and language screenings for preschool and kindergarten-aged children in clinics, schools, childcare centres, and community settings.
    • Complete comprehensive speech and language assessments using standardised and non-standardised assessment tools.
    • Develop individualised therapy plans and deliver evidence-based intervention programs tailored to each child's goals.
    • Monitor client progress through ongoing reviews, prepare detailed reports, and provide recommendations to families and educators.
    • Collaborate closely with parents, teachers, healthcare professionals, and the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, high-quality care.
    • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure reports are completed within required timeframes.
    • Participate in supervision, team meetings, and professional development activities to continually enhance clinical knowledge and skills.

    Essential Criteria:

    • Bachelor or higher degree in Speech Pathology
    • Current membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
    • Paediatric experience preferred.
    • A team player with excellent communication skills.
    • Current Police Check, Working with Children Check.
    • Valid drivers license and own vehicle
    • ABN
