Program Manager
- Responsible for building a program of works and pipeline across Engineering & Design.

We are partnered with one of WA's best-known employers, for the recruitment of a contract Program Manager. This is an initial 12 month contract with possible extensions, working full time hours, Monday to Friday, and at a rate of circa $100 per hour + super.
As the new Program Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Building a program of works and pipeline (PMO) across Engineering & Design (E&D) including stakeholder engagement
- Define and implement Engineering and Design work intake and delivery model
- Support the area in managing and tracking the Engineering and Design functional initiatives
- Implement Clean Energy Link Owners Engineer model for E&D.
In terms of your background, you'll ideally have:
- Significant experienced in managing large scale complex programs of concurrent projects with multiple workstreams
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and/or Commerce or a related discipline
- Proven successful program delivery outcomes within tight timeframes within a complex environment.
- Strong negotiation and relationship skills and the ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation including C Suite.
- Strong knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programs.
