Your new role
As a Customer Service Assistant, youll be the first point of contact for shoppers. Youll assist with:
- General enquiries and directions
- Supporting centre promotions and events
- Creating a positive and helpful environment for all visitors
What you'll need to succeed
- A warm and approachable personality
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster
- Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential
