We are seeking to appoint a Branch Manager who is passionate and focussed on customer service and is looking to make a difference. If you are also looking for excitement and challenge in your role, then we are looking for you.
Reporting to the Regional General Manager, this role will see you responsible for the achievement of budgeted revenue and profit, quality of service and development of the business operation. You will manage the activities of the sales, customer service and operations departments, leading these teams to success.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess the following attributes:
- Experience at Branch Management level to lead and manage the sales, administration and operations efforts
- Broad commercial skills and financial management capability
- Ability to set direction and implement the organisation’s strategic plan
- Sales experience preferably in a premium product/service environment
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to motivate, lead and manage people
- Excellent administrative skills
