Hays is partnering with a leading construction contractor delivering a major project in Goulburn. With work commencing in November, we are seeking qualified Mechanical Tradespeople to join the project team for an initial 12-week assignment. Offering excellent rates and consistent hours, this is a great opportunity to secure work on a major construction project.
Your new role
CW5 Mechanical Trades$65.0075.00 per hour (full inclusive rate)
Working as part of a high-performing site team, you will be responsible for mechanical installation, assembly, maintenance and commissioning activities while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality.
Duties may include:
- Mechanical installation and assembly works
- Equipment and plant maintenance activities
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Working collaboratively with supervisors and other trades
- Maintaining site safety and quality standards
Roster:Monday to Friday
Hours:10-hour days (50 hours per week)
Location: Goulburn
Duration:Initial 12-week project commencing November
What you'll need to succeedRelevant Mechanical Trade QualificationPrevious experience in a mechanical trade role within construction, industrial or infrastructure environmentsAbility to provide a recent working reference from within the last 6 monthsStrong commitment to workplace health and safetyReliable transport and ability to commute to the Goulburn project locationFull Australian working rightsWhat you'll get in return
