Summary:
As a Sales Consultant in our Penrith showroom, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction. Your expertise in interior design will enable you to provide tailored solutions to our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and products that meet their needs. This permanent, full-time position is essential for our retail operations, contributing to the overall success of our business in the competitive retail landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on interior design solutions.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and productive showroom environment.
- Utilise computer systems and MS applications to manage sales transactions and customer data efficiently.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
Qualifications:
- Experience in showroom sales or retail environment.
- Experience in developing and executing sales strategies.
- Proven working experience in retail sales.
- Good computer literacy and proficiency with MS applications.
- Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Ability to build effective working relationships.
- Forklift license, advantageous
