Led by a Director with a strong legal background, the firm is known for confidently handling complex and challenging files, supported by robust systems including PEXA and Setts Plus. You’ll be joining an established team that works collaboratively to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients across a diverse range of matters. 

What you'll be doing:

• Manage residential, commercial, and off-the-plan conveyancing files end to end
• Ensure smooth, compliant settlements in line with legal and industry standards
• Deliver high-quality client service and maintain strong client relationships
• Resolve complex matters and manage escalations with confidence
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
• Support team performance and contribute to the ongoing growth of the practice
• Stay up to date with conveyancing legislation and property law developments

What you'll need:

• 18 months conveyancing / settlement experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills (written & verbal)
• Direct client engagement experience
• Experience with PEXA & Setts Plus (highly considered)
